Illumen C PROK

The 2-year-old mare Illumen C (Numero Uno x Ahorn Z x Voltaire) got her PROK certificate on May 26th 2015. If a mare is PROK, it means that the mare meets the requirements of the Royal Dutch Sporthorse on X-rays health. We are very pleased that she, like her mother, has received the designation.

The not even 3 year old Hitty Quintess C has performed very well and she was promoted with the Ster predicate. Hitty Quintess C has the Grand Prix showjumper Plot Blue as her father and Vitty Valente C (Placido x Ramiro) is her mother. She is owned by Redfield Farm (USA) and Hendrix Stables.
Hitty Quintess C is a full sister of Kane Blue Citty C, the colt that was born in 2015.

A cousin is at this moment in the Performance Test to become an approved stallion of the KWPN/Royal Dutch Sporthorse. In the picture the foal is 6 days old.

Derbyland 2nd in Championship KNHS Z-jumping

On March 28th 2015 there was a thrilling battle for the KNHS Z-jumping championship in Ermelo. Derbyland (CorlandxLadalco) was 0.08 hundredths of a second slower and thus 2nd. A great achievement for rider Mitchel Sonneveld. His family has bred Derbyland out of G.Citty (F. Ladalco), daughter of matriarch Citty (RamiroxJoostxAbgar). Later that day, Mitchel grabbed the ZZ-championship title with another horse. All in all a great result, congratulations!

Highlander C (Numero UnoxVingino) starts his Performance Test

On Tuesday, March 17th Highlander C out of National Show and Elite mare Ditty Dante C started his Performance Test at the KWPN centre in Ermelo. When a stallion is selected for the Performance Test, he is working on the last stretch towards approval. The stallions will be tested for 70 days in their natural talent for the sport. They will be selected with a view to their possible role as a sire. During the Performance Test the stallion has to pass several key stones. Not every stallion will pass the whole 70 days and get his approval. Now Highlander C has to develop and we need to cross our fingers!

Highlander C passes 3rd inspection KWPN Stallion Show

A wonderful birthday present: On February 5th 2015 Highlander C (F. Numero Uno) by the National Mare Show Elite mare Ditty Dante C (F. Vingino) was appointed at the Royal Dutch Sport Horse Stallion Show in Den Bosch for the last phase in the road to become a licensed stallion. Highlander C has shown his excellent jumping. He showed a lot of power, lots of scope and a good gallop, while he continued to keep a good overview on the jump.
Now Highlander is invited for a few weeks riding test. Should he pass this test, he will become a licensed stallion. We are proud that Highlander C has reached this level. Let’s hope he will continue his good performance!
