Filly born by Kannan x Witty Luterra C
On Sunday evening April 6th, the first foal of this year is born. A filly by Kannan and Witty Luterra (LupicorxRamiroxJoostxAbgar). It is a nice foal with high legs. It is chestnut. Mother and daughter are doing fine and have been in the paddock for the first time.
Dunstan Banderas C wins his first Grand Prix class in New Zealand
Dunstan Banderas C F. Cantos from Original J (Ahorn ZxVoltaire), has his first Grand Prix victory in the 1.40m Grand Prix Taupo Christmas Classic, end of December. In the last months of 2013 his rider Katie McVean was riding the now 8-year-old Banderas at Grand Prix level. And now this beautiful victory. Forty three combinations started over the class with twelve going through to the jump off. McVean second to last to go, showed why she is one of NZ’s leading rider by shaving a fraction off the number two’s time and taking the win in a time of 37.22.
Original J PROK PRESTATIE STB-EXT
At almost the age of 18, we decided to examine Original J (Ahorn Z x Voltaire) for her PROK certificate. This certificate is awarded to horses that meet the health requirements set by the Royal Dutch Sporthorse. Original has an impressive list of results for her PROK certificate. She is now PROK (health certificate), PRESTATIE (her offspring is performing better than average) and STB-EXT (she is accepted in the studbook).
Enzo C in final 5-year-old De Warre – Belgium
Enzo C (Quintender x Witty Luterra C) has participated in various competitions in the cycle for 5 year old horses for the winter season 2013-2014. He was jumping in the finals. Despite a bar, he showed himself well.
Reunion with Cincitty C in Borken – Germany
After a contact with Stable Beerbaum about using a stallion for one of my mares, the conversation started about Cincitty C. Cincitty C (Numero Uno x Citty) was purchased in 2012 by the combination Beerbaum/Gulliksen/Distel. He started Saturday in Borken in Germany, just across the Dutch border. Of course we were going to look and we saw Cincitty C with his current rider Jamie Gornall (stable rider Stable Beerbaum) in a 1.30m jumping course.
Fitty Firenze C on the way to her first tournaments
Fitty Firenze C (Numero Uno x Vitty Valente C) is broken in last fall. Marcel Beukers is training her for a career in show jumping. Fitty picks up her work well and we look forward to her debut in the show jumping competions. Fitty has been X-rayed for the PROK certificate and like her mother, she has earned this certificate.
Cincitty C is performing very well with his rider Henrick von Eckermann
In December 2013, Cincitty C (Numero Uno x Ramiro), youngest son of Citty, competed at a tournament in Damme, Germany. Cincitty jumped a clear round with his rider Henrick von Eckermann. You can watch a video here.
Evitty Zidante C competes in her first tournaments
Recently the 4 year old Evitty Zidante C (x Zidane Vitty Valente C) competed in her first tournaments. Like her halfbrother Concetto, also she is sold as she was a foal to Belgium. Under Stefan Pauw she has recently jumped in Azelhof. Here a movie.
Concetto C wins “Show Class” Genk-Belgium
After winning a youngster tournament at Lummen in the spring of 2013, the Belgian rider Zoe Anteunis wins with Concetto C (Concorde x Vitty Valente C) today in the show class in Genk. Zoe started first and immediately set a time that no one could improve.
Derbyland 2nd in consolation final FEI World Breeding Championships Lanaken
Mitchel Sonneveld performed very well with Derbyland (Corland x GCitty) in the consolation final of the FEI World Breeding Championships in Lanaken. Mitchel managed to be 2nd riding with a broken foot (he didn’t know at that moment it was broken). Derbyland is a full brother to Snowland (GP show jumper) and both are bred out of a daughter of Citty.
